Application : CIS / CIGS
Description
This system is a device for pattern formation of thin-film solar cells using CIS / CIGS and silicon thin films, and uses ultra-short pulse lasers to form patterns on each layer.
The processing target is a wide range of equipment available from 200 mm x 200 mm to 5th generation or larger.
본 시스템은 CIS/CIGS 및 실리콘 박막을 이용한 박막형 솔라셀의 패턴형성을 위한 장비로서, 극초단 펄스 레이저를 이용하여 각 층(layer)에 패턴을 형성합니다.
가공대상은 200㎜ x 200㎜ 의 사이즈부터 5세대 이상의 사이즈까지 폭넓게 이용가능한 장비입니다.
